| I must admit, I have a problem with inspirational books. They will motivate me, but then there inevitably comes the moment that I realize nothing has changed. All my thoughts of reaching my goal, my planning and application have accomplished absolutely nothing. That is because the traditional inspirational book does not give good, pratical advice on how to obtain your goal. Then, I read Tony DeLiso's book. I literally could not put it down. It took me only a matter of a couple hours to finish it. It has elements of an inspiring autobiography, philosophical journal and informative guide all in one. Legacy: The Power Within is not only inspiring, as one might guess from the title, but it is also informative. Providing advice and methods that are easily understandable, it is the practical guide/inspirational book all in one that I had been hoping to find. I guess this proves the point of "What you think about you bring about." I asked for a book to provide not only inspiration, but also tried and true methods of reaching my potential. The universe responded by introducing me to Legacy: The Power Within. I have to applaud Tony on presenting ancient principles in such a new way as to make them easily understandable. Not only are the ideals, principles and practices that Tony outlines in his book easy to understand, but they are also easy to accept. These principles weren't things that I had to work on in order to be able to digest them and then put into use. Instead, they were ideas and suggestions that resonated as true in my heart. They made sense. I found myself easily adopting a new, more positive mental attitude. Consequently, I found that my goals, long and short term, seemed more easily obtainable. Instead of taking a dead end as a sign that my idea was impossible to reach, I learned to simply sit back and take a different approach. This book has truly opened up doorways of opportunities that I had thought impossible and a few that I didn't know existed. | Dear Tony: Your book really seems to me as a great help to people like me with a tradition of negative thinking. Right now I am trying to change my mind to what you call a positive thinking. Although is quite difficult to do it after so many time of maintaining a non positive thought in my life, I struggle to switch over to this new way of living. Quite frankly your book came to me as a lucky fact of the life, as you know. Some descriptions you cited in the book have connections with things I was living and I did not want to continuing living with. What is the most important merit of your advices is they really help me in discovering how to do to obtain my most desire goals and get a new style of seeing the life from an optimist point of view by giving importance to the things really deserve it. I think is a book not to read once but to have it at hand permantely in order to refresh the most important parts that conduct us to consolidate a new way of life. Tony thank you for your legacy. That, my dear man, would be you!! ;-) I don't know how many times I have recommended your book to almost everyone I come into contact with. I can't even count how many times I still pick it up and read specific chapters, lessons, or morsels of wisdom. It still continues to be one of the most valuable books I've ever read - written in such a fashion that it is easy to understand and to apply to the reader's life. The lessons it blesses are one's we all must learn, and that few of us ever do. Thanks to you many more of us will have a chance to learn, to grow, to achieve, and succeed... and find joy while on our journey....
